Lygia

Lygia is a small seaside village on the northeast coast of the island, very close to the capital. The main road Lefkada-Vasiliki runs through it and it has been gradually developing as a resort.

The village is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. There are hotels and rooms to rent, a few taverns and cafes around the small harbor and a bakery. The beach is narrow and shingled, with small coves here and there. The sea is very calm.
