Panormos is hardly to be called a village. It is a seaside area of Skopelos, located in a deep gulf with indented coastline and thus the name - Panormos means "sheltered harbor" in Greek. The main beach is large and wide, with smooth round pebbles and deep water. There are also three smaller coves but they are managed by the Adrina Beach Hotel and Adrina Resort&Spa. Panormos has some nice tavernas by the sea which offer sunbeds and parasols in the summer, rooms to rent and a couple of hotels.
