Myrodato

Still developing tourism, this place is visited mostly by Bulgarians and Turks due to its proximity to the borders of both countries. Originally just a beach, today Myrodato has many villas and summer residences.

Myrodato and the neighbor Avdira beach share a common long beach strip and there is no real border between both. The sand glitters like gold in the sun, maybe due to the many seashells you will find there. The sea bottom is very shallow and suitable for toddlers. There are a couple of beach bars and taverns in Myrodato, as well as plenty of free space.
