The name of this beach is written in many different forms - Rosogkremos, Rossogremos and Rosso Gremos but all are pronounced in the same way. It is a sandy cove on the south coast, close to
Potos, and larger part of it is maintained by the five-star Royal Paradise Hotel but visitors who are not guests of the hotel can also use it. In clear weather you can see
Mount Athos in the distance.
The beach is sandy and shallow, and the sea is usually calm because cliffs protect the place from both sides. The sunbeds and parasols of the hotel occupy half of it (and are available to use for a small charge + free drinks), the other half has sunbeds to rent offered by a beach bar and there is a small free space for those who bring their own parasols. The coastline next to Rosogremos is curved and ends with a long and narrow cape with sea caves which can be explored by boat.
Just next to Rosogremos is
Notos beach.
