Maronia

The village of Maronia is one of the larger settlements in the region of Rodopi. It is located in the foot of Ismaros Mountain, 4 km away from the seaside.

The village has preserved some of its old authentic houses and is good for a walk. The road passes by the small square where you will find a couple of taverns and cafes under the shade of big trees.
