Ormos Isternion

Ormos Isternion is the harbor and seaside area of Isternia (5 km away) and for this reason it is not exactly a separate village. It has a few seasonal tavernas and hotels but out of season locals use it only as fishing port and there are no working facilities in winter.

Ormos Isternion has a small sandy beach called Skhinaka, with a couple of low trees around the shore. There are no amenities but next to the fishing harbor you can find the tavernas and a cafe-bar which rents a limited number of sunbeds and parasols.
