Katergo

Katergo is the most scenic beach of Folegandros - with bright blue water, coarse sand and rocks. The beach can be accessed only on foot or by boat.

The walk to Katergo depends on the starting point. There is a narrow paved road for cars which reaches an area after Livadi beach. Then you should continue on foot via marked trail and the distance to Katergo is approximately 1.5 km. The hiking trail is steep and includes climbing up on a hill followed by descending down to the sea. There is an easier way to reach this beach - via water taxi from Karavostasis port every hour.

Katergo has no amenities at all and there is no place to buy food and drinks.
