Adamas

Adamas (a volte chiamato Adamantas) è il porto principale di Milos e il più grande insediamento sull’isola, anche se la capitale è Plaka. È protetto dal vento del nord Meltemi e il mare è solitamente calmo.

Adamas ha una bella passeggiata intorno al porto, molti hotel e ristoranti, negozi e servizi business. La maggior parte delle gite in barca organizzate e dei tour privati partono da qui. Il villaggio ha due spiagge - la piccola spiaggia di Lagada vicino al porto e la spiaggia di Adamas - una striscia lunga e stretta che si fonde con la spiaggia di Papikinou a sud. Lagada ha un bar sulla spiaggia con lettini e ombrelloni. La spiaggia di Adamas ha alberi per l’ombra naturale. Il mare è poco profondo e adatto ai bambini, la spiaggia è prevalentemente sabbiosa con qualche ciottolo qua e là.

Adamas è il luogo perfetto per soggiornare sull’isola, poiché le distanze da tutti i luoghi interessanti sull’isola di Milos sono uguali.
