Vryses

Vryses an inland village close to the main island road of Crete, 7 km away from the seaside resort of Georgioupoli. It is a place where locals live but there are villas to rent as well. The village square is shaded by high trees and there are running springs lined by the tables and chairs of a couple of tavernas. There are also a few cafes and small shops for basic goods. The traditional village of Vamos is 5 km away.
