Tsoukalades

Tsoukalades is a village situated on the west side of Lefkada island, not far away from the sea. The village runs along the main road and is located between Lefkada Town and Agios Nikitas. The houses are usually built in traditional style with stone and yellowish roof tiles. Many villas and holiday homes to rent are available and the location is very suitable to explore the most popular beaches of the island during the day and go to Lefkada Town in the evening.

The area around Tsoukalades is covered with dense pine forest which goes all the way down to the sea. There is a path that passes through the forest and leads to the popular Pefkoulia beach. Tsoukalades is also famous for its sunsets because some areas of the village offer views towards the sea.
