Trypiti is the name of a beach in the southwest of the island of Thassos
, 2 km west of Limenaria
. Around it there are only a few cafeterias and trees under which cars are parked.
The beach is relatively wide and sandy, part of it is occupied by sunbeds of the cafeterias. In some places the water goes deep suddenly so be careful, especially if you have young children. In one of the ends of Trypiti there is a small sea cave. Strong waves are likely to appear in windy days.
