Pori is a 2km long beach in Laconia, 4 km away from Gefyra and Kastro Monemvasia. The small settlement of Agia Kyriaki is 500 meters from the beach. Pori is mainly sandy, with small pebbles around the shore. The south beach end, which is closer to Monemvasia, has some rocks in the sea and pebbles on the sea floor.

Pori was awarded Blue Flag in 2013 and in the summer it is partially organized with sunbeds and parasols. It has a view of the huge Monemvasia rock and there are traditional style hotels and guesthouses. The location is suitable for the combination of beach holiday and daily trips to historical sites and traditional villages of the region. For mini markets and restaurants one should go to the nearby Gefyra or Agios Ioannis.
