Paralia Dirou is also called Diros beach because it is next to the entrance for the
Diros Caves. It is also a few km away from the village of Pirgos Dirou and relatively close to
Areopoli.
The beach is covered with large round pebbles in white color. The sea bottom looks rocky, too, but only for the first 3-4 meters - after that it gets entirely sandy. Diros beach has no facilities like sunbeds and parasols, the closest cafe is next to the entrance of the caves.
