Mytakas (or Mitakas) is a north beach with a few fishing houses. Unfortunately it is often attacked by the Meltemi wind, like all beaches in this part of Milos
, and then strong waves may appear.
Mytakas consists of one long beach and a tiny one which is nestled between two V-shaped rock formations. Both beaches are sandy and with very transparent water, but there are some flat stones in the sea around the shore. A seasonal cantina operates there in the summer and offers sunbeds and parasols to rent.
