Mytakas (or Mitakas) is a north beach with a few fishing houses. Unfortunately it is often attacked by the Meltemi wind, like all beaches in this part of Milos, and then strong waves may appear.
Mytakas consists of one long beach and a tiny one which is nestled between two V-shaped rock formations. Both beaches are sandy and with very transparent water, but there are some flat stones in the sea around the shore. A seasonal cantina operates there in the summer and offers sunbeds and parasols to rent.
