Limin Gerakas

The small port of Limin Gerakas (Limani Gerakas) has managed to avoid tourists, maybe due to the fact there is no beach around it. It is a deep fjord-like bay with an islet in the middle. The inland village of Gerakas is 3 km away.

Along the port of Limin Gerakas you will find a few fresh fish tavernas where the visitors are mostly locals, and there you can also try original touloumotiri - specific cheese that matures wrapped in animal skin, most often from goat.
