Kastanas

Orange red rocks

In short, the beach of Kastanas can be characterized by two words - isolated and colorful. Being on the northeast shore of Milos, it is away from villages and main roads, in the area of a large quarry complex. It has no sand but small colorful pebbles and even more colorful rocks in red, orange and violet hues. As you can guess, there are no facilities and although there are some signboards near the quarries, would be better to use the GPS coordinates in order to get there.
