Issos
Issos is a large sandy beach next to the Korision lake and the resort of Agios Georgios - south. It is famous for the natural sand dunes making it the widest beach on the island.
It is easy to find it - there are road signs and it stretches just after the north end of the village of Agios Georgios. There are some places with sunbeds and water sports available. The water is shallow and usually calm but in windy days strong waves may appear.
Sometimes areas of the beach away from the sunbeds are occupied by small groups of nudes but the beach is so vast that probably you wouldn`t notice them in the distance.
