Grevena Region

Grevena Region is a predominantly mountainous and less populated region of Greece. The west part is occupied by Pindus mountain, the south by Chasia mountain and the northeast by Vourinos mountain.

The region is known as ski destination, all-year ecotourism destination and recently it has been developing organic farming. The ski resort of Vasilitsa is one of the best in Greece and has 5 ski-lifts and 16 ski-trails.
