Glyfada

Pine trees and blue water

Glyfada is a small beach 3.5 km west of Limenas, between the beaches of La Scala and Nisteri. Although the main island road passes very close, the green pine trees of the area successfully hide the beach. In order to access it, you should look for the sign of Glyfada Beach Hotel, the only hotel there.

Glyfada is long and narrow, with patch of soft sand and shallow water. The water is very clean and transparent, and the sea is usually calm. The hotel is right by the sea and in order to access it, there is a fee of EUR 5 per adult. For this fee you can also use a sunbed.
