Glyfa

The line of Tamarix trees at the beach

Glyfa beach is located on the southeast side of Paros island, between Farangas beach and Aspro Chorio village. It is separated from Tripiti beach by a small rocky cape.

The beach is mostly sandy with pebble patches. There is a line of Tamarix (salt cedar) trees which offer some shade during sunny days. The cove is open to the sea and when the weather is windy, there are waves. Glyfa is not organized and there are no beach bars, parasols or sunbeds. It is mostly visited by locals and people from nearby villas.
