Ellinika

Ellinika is a small village in northeast Evia, less than 2 km away from the sea. The village is a place where local residents live all year round but its seaside area is inhabited only in the summer and consists of hotels, cafes and restaurants.

The seaside are is also known as Agios Nikolas or Ellinika beach. It has a narrow sandy strip lined by high pine trees. The beach is mostly known for the small islet just off the shore which you can easily reach by swimming. On the islet there is a tiny beach with a chapel devoted to Ag. Nikolaos.
