D`Amour Beach
D`Amour beach is not the same as Canal D`Amour but they are located next to each other in Sidari, Corfu island. The famous Channel of Love is a narrow channel between two rocks with a tunnel in one of them. D`Amour beach is a small spot of soft sand, also surrounded by the peculiar for this region terraced rocks in various hues of yellow.
On the beach a bar-restaurant operates in the summer and it provides sunbeds and parasols. The sea is quite shallow around the shore but there are often waves and wind. When the weather is calm, the sea is very blue and contrasts to the yellow rocks. The beach bar has a swimming pool as well. Next to D`Amour beach there is another narrow channel between rocks which looks very much like the Channel of Love but it has no tunnel.
