Ano Volos
The village of Ano Volos is more like a neighborhood of Volos Town. It is spread on the slope of an elevation and on the way to the traditional villages of Portaria and Makrinitsa. The center and port of Volos are approximately 6 km away and easily reachable within 20 minutes drive. There is no clear border between Ano Volos, the neighbor Anakasia and Volos so you will find it hard to tell where one of them ends and begins.
