Akrotiri
Akrotiri is an area very close to Zakynthos Town. It consists of hotels and villas scattered among olive groves, built on a small elevation above the sea. There are also a few tavernas.
The shore around Akrotiri is quite rocky and it does not have a beach but the large sandy beach of Tsilivi is just 3 km away. You can also easily walk to Zakynthos Town as you follow the coastal road, the distance is about 1 km. On the way you will pass by a Venetian Aqueduct.
