Agios Dimitrios

Agios Dimitrios is a small village above the resort of Agios Ioannis, East Pelion. It lies between the villages of Anilio and Kissos.

Agios Dimitrios is a bit scattered village and all its houses are built on the slopes of a steep hill but if you choose accommodation in some of the hotels there, you will have one advantage - panoramic views of the sea and the coast. There are also a few old churches but unlike the other villages of Pelion where the village square is around the largest church, the small plateia of Agios Dimitrios is away from the churches, in the lower part of the village. There is one taverna operating there as more eating options can be found in Agios Ioannis. The beaches of Papa Nero and Plaka are also within close distance.
