Platanitsi

Platanitsi is the name of a beach maintained by a campsite with the same name, occupying the greater part of it. It is located on the eastern coast of Sithonia and the closest resort is Sarti, about 3 km to the south.

Platanitsi beach is long, with fine sand and very shallow water. There are pine trees around. In order to get to the beach you should first enter the camping and pay a small entrance fee.

North of Platanitsi there are several small bays, the most famous of which is Portokali or Orange Beach.
