Pachena

Pachena

Pachena (or Pahena) is a north beach between Papafragas and Agios Konstantinos. With the dozen of houses offering rooms to rent it resembles a small resort but actually there are no places to eat and it is very quiet.

The beach consists of two small adjacent beaches. The sand is fine, except for some stones on the sea bottom, but the north wind often makes this beach unpleasant for swimming. Yet it is a good place if you are looking for privacy as usually there are not many people. Right next to the beach there is a small cave called Spilia ton Erotevmenon (Cave of the Lovers).
