Neapoli

Neapoli

The small coastal town of Neapoli, also called Neapoli Vion, lies on the south part of Lakonia, on Cape Maleas. It is the closest port to Kythira island and there are regular ferries which depart from Neapoli.

There are two small and narrow beaches next to the port, as well as a few hotels, but the town does not attract many tourists for a holiday. Usually people visit Neapoli on their way to Kythira or while exploring the area. 15 km from the town you can visit the Cave of Kastania.
