Nea Kallikratia

Nea Kallikratia is a resort on the west coast of the Halkidiki peninsula. It is located 40 km away from Thessaloniki and 30 km away from the beginning of Kassandra peninsula.

The resort offers everything needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. There are hotels of various categories, restaurants, medical center and a long beach with sand and transparent water. Nea Kallikratia has a port and offers trips to Mount Athos, Kassandra and Sithonia.

At a distance of 12 km from the village you can visit the cave of Petralona, in which 700,000 years old human and animal remains were found. It also houses a museum arranged like prehistoric dwelling.
