Mouresi
The traditional village of Mouresi is located in the east part of Pelion. It is close to the seaside settlement of Damouchari and to the beaches of Papa Nero and Agios Ioannis.
The houses of Mouresi are built amphitheatrically above the sea, in the area between the coastline and the main road which means that you need to enter the village in order to see it. The plateia is in the upper part of Mouresi and it makes no exception from the rest plateias of other villages in the region - it is next to a large church and the tables and chairs of the local taverna are placed under the shade of thick trees. Live music performances are often organized at the plateia with notification in advance.
The hotels and villas are scattered all over the village and most of them have sea view or view of Damouchari in the distance. There are a few more tavernas, bakery and super market.
