Kavala Region

In this site Kavala Region is used as a collective name for the seaside resorts located from the town of Kavala to the village of Stavros, although Stavros is somewhere stated as part of Halkidiki Peninsula.

The seaside of Kavala Region is presented by an uninterrupted 90 km long sandy strip. All resorts are situated along the beach and they all look alike - family hotels and rooms to rent, cafes, bars and restaurants scattered along the promenade, bakeries and supermarkets.

Some of the most popular villages in the region are Nea Peramos, Touzla (Paralia Ofriniou), Asprovalta and Nea Vrasna.
