Kalafatis

Although close to the noisy Elia and Kalo Livadi, Kalafatis is less crowded and not covered by sunbeds all over. Half of the beach is managed by two tavernas, renting sunbeds and parasols in the summer, and the other half is free. Kalafatis is more known for the water sport activities - jet ski, windsurf center and snorkeling. The sand is a bit coarse but there are no pebbles or stone around the shore. There are some hotels and restaurants around Kalafatis but the closest shop and bakeries can be found at the village of Ano Mera, 4 km away.
