Astrakeri

Astrakeri is the name of а beach on the north coast of Corfu island, between the resorts of Roda (6 km) and Sidari ( 7km). The area has villas, hotels and rooms to rent, as well as several restaurants and cafes.

Astrakeri is entirely sandy, with shallow water around the shore. Next to the beach there is also a concrete pier for fishing boats. Limited number of sunbeds and parasols to rent are provided in the summer but most of the time the beach is quiet.

Interesting places to visit in the area are the rock formations near Sidari and Peroulades, as well as Cape Drastis, the northwestermost point of the island. The sandy beaches of Agios Stefanos - west and Arillas are 15 km away.
