Agia Pelagia Chlomou
Agia Pelagia Chlomou is a newly developed area on the southeast coast of Corfu island. It is not a settlement, it is the seaside part of the inland village of Chlomos and has nothing but a few scattered holiday homes and villas, surrounded by green grass and low trees. The closest restaurants are in the nearby small resorts of Psaras and Boukaris, or in the village of Chlomos (approximately 2 km). No need to mention that the place is extremely quiet and peaceful.
Agia Pelagia Chlomou has no beaches. There is a very narrow strip of large pebbles along the road but can be hardly classified as a beach. The beaches of Messongi and Petriti however can be reached quite quickly, in less than 10 mins, and the wide sandy beaches on the southwest coast are also within a short drive. Issos beach with its large sandy dunes and soft yellow sand is just 10 km away.
